Playing H.264/MPEG-4 AVC in HTML5?

Is there any chance I can get Iron to play H.264/MPEG-4 AVC encoded videos in HTML5 video element on Windows?
For Chromium on Ubuntu there exist a package called chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-nonfree, which enables this functionality. Does anybody knows of something similar (a codec pack for Windows or whatever), which will enable this functionality in Iron on Windows?
