At first I got the "profile cannot be opened correctly error". I updated Iron to the latest version but continued to get the same error. So, I signed in to Iron and then uninstalled Iron cause I thought that my bookmarks would be there when I sign Iron after I reinstalled the latest version. But when I reinstalled the new version and signed in, the bookmarks didn't come back. :/
Is there anything that can be done to get my bookmarks back?

Go to the Start menu > Run.
Enter one of the following directories in the text field, then press OK.
Windows XP: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Chromium\User Data\Default
Windows Vista/ Windows 7: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Chromium\User Data\Default
locate the bookmarks and bookmarks.bak files
look in if you can find your bookmarks (especially bookmarks.bak file)
