Bookmark Folder drop-down is one line only.

When I click the star in the address box to add a bookmark, the pop-up appears as normal but when I click on the down arrow to open the Folder drop-down, it appears to open but it is only one line high. I can keyboard up and down arrow to get to what I want, but pre-23 versions (and Chrome 23) show multiple lines. Not a big deal, just annoying. Thanks.
