Iron Portable - ShockWave 11.5 not working

In order to upgrade the ShockWave Flash Player plugin I put the new file (NPSWF32_11_5_502_110.dll) in the Iron\Plugins folder, where the old one (NPSWF32_11_4_402_265.dll) was. I did the same in the past with no problems.
This time, however, the trick does not work and, when entering a Web Page with swf content, the browser shows the yellow bar with the message "Could not load Shockwave Flash". Everything works if I swap the dll files and reload the page.
Any suggestions?
