Missing Scroll Bars

Hello - In both vers 22.xx and 23.xx, the vertical scroll bar regions are present but the scroll is missing. I did an update (to vers 23.xx) but this situation still is there. What can I do about that?

Here's an update. Like someone else who had a problem with the current version, I downgraded to vers 21, and the scroll bar is now working.

BTW, I have WinXP SP3 that shows this problem. I'm also running 23 in Win7 and that appears to be OK.

I just tried vers, 24, and it too has the missing scroll slider in the vertical scroll bar area (I incorrectly labeled this as a scroll bar issue. It's not. The scroll bar is there but the slider within the scroll bar is what is missing, but only in WinXP SP3. It seems to be working fine in my Win7 machines). I'm still using vers 21, which is the only recent version where the vertical slider works.

On the plus side, ver 24 does seem to be faster than 21.
