Default Browser XP Problem

No work, what do? I have windows xp sp3, but this mistake seems universal in xp and vista
I have no option to run as admin, I am the admin!
what do I do?

im having the same problem
It was working fine for a while. But even though srware thinks its the default, iexplore still takes the cake
