Disable all features except browsing

Is it possible to disable all features in Iron except from displaying pages on one specific domain?

I would like to use Iron at our university so students can make online exams in a secure environment where no tools are available. There is one browser called Respondus LockDown Browser, but the license fee is ridiculous ($5000/year) and there a many load issues with browser fellow institutions told me.

I was trying to use Chrome for Business with the Group Policy editor, but I was not able to disable several important features like 'New tab', 'View page source', 'View page info' and more importantly 'Customize and control Google Chrome'. I was looking into the Preferences-file of Iron and I mostly see the same options as in the adm policy Chrome files, so I am in doubt if it is possible to disable all feature but browsing.

As I love the speed of Chrome and it works perfectly on our webbased test environment (CSS 3.0), I don't want to use Internet Explorer, although it has a much more policy settings.

Our IT department is using Windows 7 based platforms that are pushed by Citrix provisioning to hundreds of PCs.
