Backup tool for Iron Browser

What are you wanting to backup?

When I upgraded my Portable version, I just copied the ../Profile/Default folder to elsewhere, deleted everything, unzipped the new version in its place and copied the old 'Default' folder back again.

OK, it (or mine, anyway) currently weighs in at 120MB, but it worked straight away - history, session, bookmarks were all intact.

Maybe there's a less diskspace-intensive (probably only a consideration for those with the portable version, anyway...) way of doing it, but it works for me.
