Re: New Iron-Version: 19.1100.0 Stable for Linux
Thanks for this new version, it works well. The need of network-manager is gone and the DBUS errors to. I still can't set it as default browser seens ever... and the error about nacl remains:
LaunchProcess: failed to execvp:
/usr/share/iron/nacl_helper_bootstrap
[1613
1464582683:ERROR:nacl_fork_delegate_linux.cc(106)] Bad NaCl helper startup ack (0 bytes)
[1611
1465417651:ERROR:nacl_process_host.cc(607)] Failed to open NaCl IRT file "/usr/share/iron/nacl_irt_x86_64.nexe": -4
I don't use native client so I don't understand the error, if somebody as an explanation...And to set it as default browser, wellcome.
Ubuntu 12.04LTS xfce desktop and AMD radeon HD5450.

Re: New Iron-Version: 19.1100.0 Stable for Linux
In referring to SRWare Iron, I've been looking for the source to compile it myself. I would like to run SRWare Iron from within Linux running on a PowerPC system.
I tried searching here, but these links are apparently precompiled for Intel based Linux. These files once downloaded will not run on my PowerPC Linux which is a CentOS/Fedora variant. I'd appreciate learning what options you have so that I can acquire SRWare Iron so that it runs.
Thanks.

Re: New Iron-Version: 19.1100.0 Stable for Linux
I see the RPM still has a broken iron.desktop file and leaves your system with major security holes.
Kinda curious why no one cares.

OK! I agree that the browser is quickier and lighter than google chrome, but where is the html5 video and audio support?
