Program not working on Non-English Windows

With this new version there is a slight chance that program won't work on some 64-bit systems but that is a bug in .net framework and I can't do anything about it...
Bug report: Iron not portable, you cant indicate the real profile folder.
This is not a bug.
You can't indicate the Profile folder on second and the third option because there is no need for that, the program finds the path by itself.
