I am not able to update my flash because when I try to upgrade it, it updates my Google chromes flash, not my SWIron. I tried typing in about:plugins and found flash:

The NON- internet Explorer version is the same as the version listed for chrome.
Bookmark it for future reference to avoid the Chrome/Iron Flash update conundrum.
