Open/Run Download ?

Hi,

I m wondering if it is possible when downloading something instead of "saving" the file just open/run it. Sometimes I dont really need the file to be downloaded, e.g. when downloading a PDF file etc.

I was sure that option was there before, maybe I set up something wrong.

I m using 15.0.900.1 (Developer Build 107001 Windows). Any suggestions/help are highly appreciated.
