Are any of those part and parcel to the base chromium package that makes Google Chrome?
The SRWare folks really don't have the personnel to add to the coding. What they do is remove most of the intrusive Google coding without completely destroying the application.
Once these options become part of Chrome base, the can be implemented, assuming they are not deemed privacy risks.
This is old, and not updated, but it wil give you the basic idea of what Iron is(or isn't).
