Upgrade from 11,x and 12.x

Hello!

Since the release of Iron Portable 11.x. (but also other open source browser based on the same project) I get the following error message type and it is not possible to update the program (also you can not surf because it seems to go on the web):

"The application failed to start properly (0xc00000a5). Click OK to close the application"
