Using outed version 3.0.197.0

Hello I really hate Google instant it is so annoying to me. I know some people may love it but I guess I am just a old fashioned man. I have used adblock plus using http://www.google.com/extern_js/, and ,http://www.google.ca/extern_js/, for good measure. It worked but you had to wait for adblock to kick in first. Then I tried NotScripts It worked very well but it worked so well it blocked alot of google and slowed my search down a bit. Then I remembered in the past some people complaining about chrome 3 not working with google instant when it first came out. So I Found a old copy of Iron version 3.0.197.0 And boom no more Google Instant. Man this is great I love having normal google search back. I guess my question is this. I wonder if there is anyway of making the newer version of Iron act the same way as version 3 without using a plugin or extension. That would really make my year. However I see no problem with version 3.0.197.0 , It seems a bit faster than 10 but not much faster, And it works with every site I go to with no problem. And I have not gotten any message on any site telling me my browser is outdated yet. But I know this may not last long LOL.

Cool I am back to using Iron 10.0.650.1. I figured out a cool way to block google instant without any extensions. I use Avast 6 free Antivirus to block it. I noticed in avast under the additional protection settings a site blocking feature.
Under URLs to block I added
http://www.google.com/extern_js/
http://www.google.ca/extern_js/
It works excellent in blocking google instant. I completely forgot about that feature in avast. I am so glad now that I am no longer annoyed by google instant, and I can finally use the updated version of Iron.
