How to maximize window on start-up!

Am new SRWare Iron user. When I start-up browser home page it is always minimized and then have to click maximize tab to enlarge it. I could not find any setting where you could change this to open home page maximized. Also why do you always get the "translate to page" pop-up when I have checked it to always translate. It's a pain to always have to click this popup. Have checked all 22 pages of forum with questions pertaining to the above with no luck. So far I like this browser better than IE.FF.and chrome.

I don't know about the translating thing but to make it maximized, use -start-maximized.
Right click the program, select properties, and PRESTO!
Should look like this:
"C:\Program Files\SRWare Iron\iron.exe" -start-maximized

Thanks Megaman. That did the trick. I made the change and hit apply. Closed browser, reopened with no luck. Then it dawned on me I had to reboot computer. When I did this as you said PRESTO!
