Update Portable Iron?

I have Iron portable on a flashdrive. It works fine. I am not so sure how to update though & keep my profile. Could someone tell me the way to do this please?

Try extracting Iron Portable somewhere and removing the directory containing your profile (I think it's called "Data"), and then copying everything else over your existing Iron Portable installation.
