How do I stop Skynet tracking cookies

Hello,

I am using incognito mode and blocking cookies, and then setting exceptions. I have google.com on block, googleanalytics.com on block, and they are the only cookie that is saving or storing or getting through at all. They get through when I uncheck block all cookies, and set to allow data, when i need to access a mailbox or some new site that I have to make an account at. They get through even though they are on the block list.

How do I stop these devils. Is this a bug that you can't block sites with the block function? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
