Problem with drag-and-drop on bookmark toolbar

I use folders on my bookmark toolbar. I usually drag URL's into the folder, then arrange them into other folders within that folder. Every time I drag a URL into a folder within a folder, it closes the drop-down window. I don't have this problem with FF. It allows the drop-down to stay open until I close it.

I realize this isn't something a lot of people have to deal with, but it is very important to me, as I do online research, so organization and time is money.

This is the same as Chrome's basic problem: http://crbug.com/2469 - Don't retract bookmark sub-menus after moves or deletes

The workaround for now is to arrange bookmarks using the Bookmarks Manager.
