Importing all from IronPortable to normal Iron

How can i trasfare all data (password, history, plugin ecc ecc) from IronPortable to normal installation of Iron on windows xp?

I'm interested in this also! I don't use portable, but I can't even 'transfer' from one profile to another within WinXP using regular Iron and different profiles.
