Window Position and Size when Restarting Iron

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. If I manually set the size and position of the Iron window then close the application and restart, Iron sets the window position and size as I left it - which I like.
However, if I use the Windows 7 feature of dragging the top border to the top of the screen (which automatically stretches the window top-to-bottom), this is not honoured on a restart. Looking at other applications, some seem to honour the size no matter how the user resized (Firefox, for example) while others (Opera, for example) act like Iron and seem to ignore the automatic resizings when restarted.
I prefer the former.
