Preview icons are now locked into place?

Hi
I've been a dedicated Iron (v3) user for a long time now and now after a stable version of v4 has arrived I made the switch. So far, so good, with one exception.
The preview icons on the new tab page are "stuck".
In V3 I could move the icons around, organizing them into useful clusters of pages but for one reason or another, now on V4 I can not move the icons to where I want them.
What's up with that? Is this just me or is anyone else experiencing this?
