Automatic refresh?

Hello
Besides the lack of equivalent to NoScript, one thing that's holding me back from dumping Firefox and moving entirely to Chrome/Iron is the lack of add-on to reload a web page automatically.
Does someone know if an add-on is now available for Chrome/Iron?
