For those who don't know, the Data Saver is a Chrome extension (by Google) https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... odmgpgmkac that reduces data usage by using Google servers to optimize pages, compressing some stuff like images etc... It's very handy, makes you browse faster..
Now, this extension works really well with Google Chrome browser, but it doesn't work with Iron. Is there any reason for that?

It does not works because Google blocks third party browsers
