You can run both on the same PC without uninstalling - they share the profile data.

Thank you for the quick reply. I prefer to SWITCH to Iron -64 which in my mind, takes me back to original question. Sounds like if not UNinstall Iron -32, I will be running both. Would I THEN uninstall -32 or should I uninstall -32 FIRST???

You can uninstall 32 bit first. Please keep sure to backup your profile for safety before starting. It's not necessary and everything should work fine but it's always recommended if you make larger changes-
