A feed is definitely a good idea if they have time to set one up. I personally would prefer an Atom feed to RSS.

Jim Wilder, this might require the file copying being done from an administrator account or an account with admin privileges. Vista can be very fussy about things.

To add to what SRWare said, the site in question should not be be browser sniffing as this is not the correct way to do site design. The site should be using object detection of the DOM.
