The theme file is called default.dell but it's placed in the theme folder.
Anyway, it's harder to change the color and much easier to download some very nice themes from the many sites now that offers them.
Just search with your search engine for Google Chrome theme or Chromium theme.

The themes are working fine. The only thing is (for those that have problems) that there is a difference between theme internal structure. The new themes are working fine in all programs Google Chrome, Chromium and Iron. There is also some program that does the conversion of the old themes into new ...
