chrome switched its flash engine to a new integration method called pepper flash, srware iron doesn't come with it.
in order to play flash in iron you need to copy the folder called "PepperFlash" from
C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\39.0.2171.99
to
C:\Program Files (x86)\SRWare Iron

Iron v39 doesn't seem to have flash. it doesn't work in sites that use it and doesn't show up in about:plugins
